Optimyze Chiropractic and Performance Center located in sports rehab area inside XPE Sports facility (Bay 3-A)
The address will take you to the Xtreme Action Park plaza. To the left of the building, you’ll find "Bay 3-A" entrance up the stairs, with the "XPE" sign above the door. Walk straight through and you'll see our rehab section to the right, across the turf. Dr. Guy will be there waiting for you! Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to finish up paperwork, and also remember to come in wearing athletic attire. Feel free to call/text our office number if you have any questions!
